Place your order
Test kits are sent by Express Post. Orders received prior to 3PM Sydney time will be sent the same day. Get in touch if you wish to discuss your clinical needs, or simply have questions.
Collect your sample(s)
Following the instructions located within your test kit, collect the required specimen and place it in the zip-lock bag provided.
Return your sample(s)
Use the pre-paid reply satchel to return your sample(s). When it arrives at the lab you will be notified. When testing is complete your report will be sent via .PDF.
